You have 30 days to register a return.

You can register a product for return in 2 ways: via your account or via our return module for guests.

No, as a customer you bear the return costs, including when your order was shipped for free. These are the same prices we charge for standaard shipping.

The return shipping costs will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.

 

In the event of an error in delivery or a damaged item, Mistral Home will pay the return costs. You can indicate this when registering the return.

You click on your account at the top right and go to my returns.

Here you indicate the order number for which you want to submit a new return request and click on 'return'. You will now see all the products that were in that order.

You check the products you want to return and indicate the reason, condition and desired solution. You can add a message if necessary and submit your request.

The return costs will be deducted from the refundable amount unless it concerns a faulty delivery or a damaged product.

One of our employees will check your request and upload your return label within 3 working days; you will receive an e-mail about this. You download this label, stick it on the box and take it to the postal point. The postal point will be Bpost or DPD, depending on your initially chosen delivery method.

You can check the status of your return at any time via your account.

Once the parcel reaches us, we will process it and you will be notified by e-mail that your amount has been refunded. It may take a few days before the money is returned to your account.

Return shipments of washed and/or used products will not be accepted.

Returns will be processed as soon as possible. The purchase amount will be refunded via the payment method chosen at the time of payment.

Shipping & return costs are non-refundable.

A return shipment has no pririty for parcel services, so this may take longer than the initial delivery time from our warehouse to you.

You can track the status of your parcel via the track&trace code. This is the code under the barcode on the return label.

 

Please note that we are not a physical shop. No pick-ups or returns possible at our offices.
