Shipping and delivery

Depending on the country and shipping method, a shipping cost will be charged.

From a certain value in the shopping basket, shipping is free. This amount is communicated in the shipping methods in the check-out.

Delivery time depends on the country of delivery:

  • Belgium: 1 to 3 business days
  • The Netherlands: 1 to 3 business days
  • France: 1 to 5 business days
  • Luxembourg: 1 to 3 business days
  • Germany: 1 to 5 business days
  • Spain: 1 to 5 business days

We will send you a shipping e-mail as soon as we have prepared your parcel to be picked up by the delivery service.

This e-mail will also communicate the track&trace code, which will become active as soon as the parcel is included in the courier's network. This can take up to 24 hours.

If you are not at home at the time of delivery, your parcel will be taken to the nearest postal point and a note will be in your letterbox. You will also receive an email from the courier with further info.

Via your Bpost account, you can change your delivery preferences. You can have the parcel delivered to a neighbour, have it delivered to a safe place or choose your own pick-up point.

Check the status of your track&trace link. You will find it in the shipping email and in your account.

Your parcel may be at a collection point.

If it says your parcel is still on its way, please be patient. Due to external factors, the delivery of a parcel may be delayed.
